This year’s 28th of October celebration (OXI day) will be celebrated this Sunday 22 October 2017 inside the church after the Holy Liturgy.  Our children will be presenting a small parade around the church, poems and plays.  Parents and children should be in church at 11:30 am.  We would like to ask parents to provide food contributions for the tea/coffee buffet that will be served in the church Hall after the end of the celebration

We would like also to bring into your attention that our Christmas presentation will take place on Sunday 10th of December 2017 in the Church Hall shortly after the end of the Holy Service, instead of the 17th of December as it was initially planned. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Finally to remind you that next Saturday 28/10/2017 the Greek school is closed due to Half Term. It will reopen on Saturday 4/11/2017

End of Term Final Presentation Saturday July 2nd 2016

All parents, guardians and students are cordially invited to celebrate the end of the academic year 2015 -2016.
Please be advised that the format of the school day will be slightly different to enable the end of year presentations to take place and to help parents make only one journey.

School will be finishing at approximately 1pm but younger students will probably require a small packed lunch.
On arrival at school students will be taken into class to prepare.
Parents are invited to stay on site and take light refreshments in the school hall. (Any food/snack contributions would be greatly appreciated)
There will be a brief summary from the chair of the Committee and the minutes from our last meeting will be circulated.

The program of the day will be as following:

  • End of school year presentations by all year groups at 11:15
  • Achievement Assembly/Certificates 11:45
  • Greek dances presentation 12:00

Information about registration and next year will also be provided by Iordanis.
Any help in cleaning and tidying the hall at the end of the event would be greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, we apologise that a school trip has not been organised for next week.  We will be breaking up for the Summer today.

Three Hierarchs Day/GCSE and A Level Certificates award day

This is to remind you that on Sunday 31/01/2016 our school will be celebrating in the church the Three Hierarchs day which is the day of the Greek letters and education.

As every year, this is the day that GCSE and A Level certificates are being awarded to successful students.  Therefore all pupils and parents and especially the ones that passed their exams during the last school year are invited to attend and receive their certificates.

Greek school reports day

This Saturday 19/12/2015, is the last day of Greek school before the Christmas holidays.

Greek school will re-open on the 9th of January 2016.

Parents/carers are kindly requested to be at school at 14:00, to receive school reports and also talk with teachers about their children’s progress.

The teachers and the school committee wish everyone:

"Merry Christmas and a happy new year"

Half term and 28th of October celebration

This year’s 28th of October celebration (OXI day) will be celebrated this Sunday 25th of October 2015 inside the church after the Holy Liturgy.  Our children will be presenting a small parade around the church, poems and plays.  Parents and children should be in church as early as possible, as the Service will finish a little earlier (12:15) so that we have time for the presentation.

Please also note that after the end of the celebration there will be Souvlakia in the Church Hall for all.

Greek school will be running as usual on Saturday 24th of October as our half term break is on Saturday 31stof October 2015.
