This year’s 28th of October celebration (OXI day) will be celebrated this Sunday 25th of October 2015 inside the church after the Holy Liturgy.  Our children will be presenting a small parade around the church, poems and plays.  Parents and children should be in church as early as possible, as the Service will finish a little earlier (12:15) so that we have time for the presentation.

Please also note that after the end of the celebration there will be Souvlakia in the Church Hall for all.

Greek school will be running as usual on Saturday 24th of October as our half term break is on Saturday 31stof October 2015.

School reopens on Saturday 12th of September 2015 at 10.20 am.  This is going to be the Registration day for new pupils.  The already registered ones will update their registration for the new academic year.  Also books and other stationary necessary for attending the 2015-2016 classes will be given to pupils on the same day.

Please note this School year’s blessing “Ayiasmos” will take place in the church on Sunday 20/9/2015.  Parents, pupils/students and teachers are invited to attend.  There will also be souvlakia after the end of the Blessing in the church hall.

Everyone is more than welcome!!

We are fast approaching the end of another academic year at Greek School and we would like to thank everyone for the tremendous support they have given all our activities this year. We feel the students have settled well into our new environment and have made progress academically and socially.

Although there is no planned school trip this year there will be an opportunity for all to get together on Saturday 27th June 2015 at 12.00pm in the in the school hall for the Annual Presentation assembly. This will mark the official end of the school year and give us the opportunity to congratulate our students on their achievements, celebrate the end of the school year, distribute final reports and say farewell.

The presentation will end at approximately 1.30 pm with some refreshments, a small buffet and a fundraising raffle. We would really appreciate any contributions of sweet or savoury snacks and hope as many parents and family members can attend.

We wish everyone a happy and relaxing summer break and trust that all our older students have a successful results day in August.

Please note, this years celebration/presentation will take place on Sunday 14th of December 2014 (instead of the 21st as initially was scheduled)

This is a really important event in the school year.  We hope that everyone will be able to attend to watch our children perform and help towards our fundraising in any way possible.

Donations of food for the buffet table in the Church Hall after the Holy Service are welcome.
